A good work-life-balance is becoming more and more important for many employees. In order to honour companies that are particularly supportive of these phases of life, Competentia NRW - the Competence Centre for Women & Work - awards the seal of quality "family-friendly company". ARGUS is now receiving this honour.
At ARGUS, employees have been a valued part of the company from the very beginning. It is also a special concern to make it possible to combine work and family life, whether for childcare or for the care of relatives. Flexible part-time models are very helpful in this context. ARGUS is actively committed to helping men and women successfully return to work. This effort has now been recognised by Competentia NRW with the sponsored seal of quality. At a ceremony with District Administrator Christoph Rüther, Christiane Lohkemper and Oliver Henneböhl accepted the certificate for ARGUS.
However, it was a long way to the jury's decision: ARGUS presented the importance of the family in the company to the Competence Centre in a multi-level process and outlined the current realisation. The programme also included a visit by experts from the Competence Centre at ARGUS. ARGUS is looking forward to a close cooperation with Competentia NRW in order to implement further goals for a better compatibility of family and work!
